Peterbilt Pacific Named Service Dealer Of The Year for Second Year in a Row
Peterbilt Motors Company held their annual dealer meeting in Phoenix, Arizona last month to award the top-performing dealer groups for their work throughout 2021. Peterbilt Pacific which operates 8 dealership locations across British Columbia, was awarded multiple honours during the meeting.
Peterbilt Pacific had the honour of being recognized as Service Dealer of the Year, for the second year in a row. This award recognizes the planning, training, and daily commitment to continuous improvements Peterbilt Pacific has made in the past two years and more importantly, for the future.
In addition to these honours, Peterbilt Pacific also received Best in Class Dealer and four Platinum Oval awards. Best-in-Class honours are based on a combination of Peterbilt’s Standards of Excellence, financial performance, and utilization of PACCAR training and programs and is awarded to only 10 of the 48 dealers in North America.
Platinum Ovals are awarded to Peterbilt Pacific locations that have demonstrated outstanding performance in all aspects of Peterbilt’s Standards of Excellence during the previous year. Peterbilt Pacific’s Platinum Oval winners are:

Finally, the following seven Branches were awarded the Platinum Service Center designation due to their commitment to customer uptime:

- Prince George
These awards are a reflection of the efforts of everyone in the Peterbilt Pacific organization, and their dedication to providing excellence across all departments.
